We enjoy a strategic position as a small commodity trading house with respect to production and distribution arrangements.

We have forged strong alliances and relationships with a major coal producer in South Africa and provide our customers with highest standards of reliability and quality of service. Our team of dedicated professionals facilitates smooth execution of contracts that are entrusted with us, on time.

Products & Services

Coal Mining & Trading

As a highly resourceful mining & trading company, Milean Commodities can offer our clients a large variety of coal qualities. We can supply both Run of Mine and Crushed Coal with various K/Cal levels.

Milean Commodities can deliver coal accordingly to their client’s needs.

Shipping & Transportation

To further augment its execution capabilities, Milean Commodities have strengthened its cooperation with several local transport companies with a view to have access to reliable and sustainable transport fleet services.

Stockpile

To secure continues flow of quality coal, 365 days per year, Milean Commodities will keep their own stockpile backed by solid offtake agreements to ensure that we can supply to the demand of our clients.

Milean Commodities offers the same performance guarantee solution to all our customers when and if so would be needed or required.

Quality Control

Our well trained and experienced field officers at the mine sites, loading ports and at the discharge ports ensure minimum incidence of foreign objects, wet coal, fine content, and to ensure that shortages are kept to a minimum. This way we endeavour to maintain a win-win situation by reducing the loss of time and money.

For all sampling and analysis, we appoint qualified representatives of inspection agencies as per international standards at load port as well as the discharge port. This assists us in maintaining the quality of the coal to meet desired specifications of our customers.
